Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners for payment, and you can pay safely online using
our secure ordering process. If you prefer to provide your payment
information via fax or phone instead of online, you can still place your order
online, and then provide us your credit card information by fax or phone. You
may choose whichever method works best for you in the payment method selection.
If you prefer to place your order manually, instead of handling it online, please print out our
manual
order form and fax it to us. Fax orders are processed just as quickly as
online orders. You have the option of receiving an order confirmation by email
or fax if you like. Order confirmation will not include any credit card details.
Order Confirmation / Status
If you provide a valid email address, you will receive an order confirmation
email from us acknowledging your order. Please keep this invoice for your
reference. If you don't receive an order acknowledgement within 1 hour of
placing your order, please check your spam filters or bulk email folder to ensure our email wasn't
blocked or intercepted. If you need to check the status of your order, or you're not sure
if we received your order, please
email us and include your order number for reference.
Although it's not required, we recommend registering for an account when you place the order,
so you can check the
status at anytime by logging in with the username/password you selected, and
going to "Order History".
If you provide a valid email address, we will email you a final order confirmation with a shipment tracking number
when your order ships.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 7.95% will be added to orders shipped to addresses within the state
of Arizona. No sales tax applies for shipments to any other destinations.
Order Processing
We know you want your porn fast, so we fill and ship every order as soon as possible. Orders placed before
3:00pm ET
on weekdays will be shipped the same day.

Shipping and Handling Charges
An initial estimate of the charges is provided as a courtesy when you place
an item in your cart. The exact charges will be calculated and displayed for you
after you enter your actual shipping address. You will be able to see these
charges, including your order total, before finalizing your order. Shipping charges are based on the carrier rates, plus a small handling
fee.
We provide flat rate US Priority Mail shipping of $6.00 on domestic orders, regardless of the quantity of DVDs ordered.
US Domestic orders over $100 receive free US Priority Mail shipping, or
$6.00 off other shipping methods. The free/discounted
shipping rates will be displayed automatically under your shipping options when
your cart total qualifies.
*Free shipping applies to orders totalling $100 or
more BEFORE shipping and tax.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Our preferred shipping method is United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority
Mail. The shipping methods offered for your order depend on your shipping
address, and the total weight of the order. We also offer "expedited"
shipping options in some cases. The following are some of the shipping methods
we currently offer and estimated delivery times. The availability of shipping
options displayed may vary depending on your location.
- USPS Priority Mail: (USA) standard shipping time is 2-3 days within the
continental US, includes Saturday delivery.
- Fedex 2 Day: (USA) shipping time is 2 business days within the
continental US, NO shipping or delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Fedex Standard: (USA) shipping time is 1 business day in the continental US, NO shipping or delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Fedex Next Day-Saturday: (USA) shipping time is 1 day within
the continental US, Saturday delivery (for shipments on Friday only).
- USPS International Priority Mail: (Canada, UK, France) standard shipping time is 6-10 business days.
All shipments originate from Arizona. US
Priority Mail is the quickest "ground" shipping method, and includes
Saturday delivery. However, we do offer Fedex Express services as an alternate option when available.

International Orders
We currently ship to US, Canada, UK, France, Denmark, and the Netherlands ONLY.
International orders will be shipped via USPS International Priority Mail. Final shipping
cost will be displayed on the order summary prior to submission of order. Please
allow 6-10 business days for delivery to Canada, UK, France, or US locations outside of the
contiguous 48 states.
Discrete Packaging
We respect your privacy and security. All orders are securely packaged and shipped in standard shipping carrier boxes. Priority Mail
shipments are shipped in the US Priority Mail supplied boxes which are red,
white and blue, and are labeled Priority Mail. The return address label on each
shipment is from "RudeBox Media Inc.", with our Arizona address.
There are NO
indications of the package contents on the outside of the box.
Product Availability
All of the products available in our online store are in stock and ready to ship. We DO NOT subject our customers to backorders. If a product is out of stock, you will not be able to place an order for it until it is back in inventory. If for any reason a product you order is unavailable due to an error in our inventory tracking system, the order will be promptly cancelled and you will not be charged.

Delivery Restrictions
We CANNOT ship our products to third parties, due to age verification
requirements. This means you may not order as a gift and have it shipped
directly to another individual. You may have a shipping address different from
your billing address, providing the recipient name is the same.
Current governmental regulations in some locations in the US prohibit the
transportation of sexually explicit material. While every effort is made to
restrict access to persons in areas where the "community standards" prohibit
this type of sexually oriented material, RudeBoy Video assumes no liability for
the current status of any particular location. You are solely responsible for
determining whether you can legally receive this material in your jurisdiction.
If you are not sure what your state or local "community standards" are, it is
your responsibility to find out before ordering.

Returns
All DVD sales are final. DVDs CANNOT be returned for refund, or exchanged for different titles.
Quality Guarantee - If any product you receive fails to perform due to a
manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately. We will promptly ship you a
replacement of the exact same item at no cost, and provide instructions
for returning the defective video at our expense. You must then return the defective video
within 30 days or you will be charged full price for the replacement.
All claims for defective DVDs must be made within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.
Before returning your product you must email us with your request, and our service
