This privacy policy discusses the privacy issues and practices of RudeBoy Video / RudeBox Media, Inc., including the types of information we gather & track, how we use it, and with whom we share it. What information does RudeBoy Video collect from you? We collect two types of information about our visitors: Non-Personally Identifiable Information Personally Identifiable Information Non-Personally Identifiable Information This refers to information that does not identify a specific individual. We gather certain information from you about your navigational patterns, geographic location, and preferences within our site. This information is collected and analyzed to enable us to provide our customers with a better shopping experience, and to guide us in marketing our website and products effectively. When you're shopping: We collect IP addresses for the purposes of security administration, to gather demographic information, to enable targeted ads to be displayed on our site, to report Non-Personally Identifiable Information to our advertisers, and to monitor the level of activity on our site. We may collect information from visitors to our site such as the URL they came from, their IP address, the browser used, their country, state, and locality, which pages and/or products were viewed, and any search terms used. Personally Identifiable Information This refers to information that specifically identifies you, required for purposes of fulfilling an order or responding to an inquiry. This may include: your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card or other payment information, and date of birth. We DO NOT share Personally Identifiable Information we collect from you with any other companies or individuals. Information required for processing credit card payments is accessible only to our secure internet payment processor: Plug'nPay, and our merchant bank. When you order: When you order from us, we must collect Personally Identifiable Information from you. If you order one of our products we will collect and securely maintain your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, product selections, credit card or other payment information, order number, referring URL, IP address and a password. We collect this in order to fulfill your order, to communicate with you about your order, and to send you promotional materials via email or snail mail.
